Today, he advises organizations across financial services, healthcare, education, government, and corporate sectors that are ready to move beyond surface-level leadership and build something that lasts.

He serves as faculty for the Pacific Coast Banking School and is an ICF-certified executive coach. He is also the author of Strong CORE: Soul Work for Leaders Who Want to Last, a leadership book focused on the inner work required to sustain external impact.
